I have always believed in practicing positive affirmations, and over a period of time I have also observed how they have made a difference in my life for good. We keep reading that if we think positive then positive things happen to us. It is not always very easy to keep thinking positive, specially when conditions get tough in our life, then we start rocking. Our graphs goes up and down, there are some days when we are full of positive energy and then there are some days when we slump.
