cI've been trying to teach the kids in my group chikung breathing to deal with stressful situations (I also tried to teach my kids as they were growing up, works with some success with the two older ones, the youngest just chooses to have tantrums). Maybe try that next time? :D

Yay for happy and calm!

Does deep breath really helps?
I am yet to explore the breathing to full extent. I remember my gym master telling me to follow a particular breathing pattern while working out.

There must be something in it, if both the Vedic and modern science mentions it . ❤️☮️

Yep, simplistically it just kind of cuts you off a bit especially if all you want to do is scream and rant and make damn sure that whatever is in front of you knows in no uncertain terms that whatever they did is absolutely and unquestionably annd objectively wrong and you're right because you just are (never a good thing even if that is actually the case). If I'm that mad I usually have to step away or warn other people not to interact (which I can at least do verbally, if you're the type that gets mad enough that reason goes out the window there's some colour coded wristbands for autism and anxiety that can help assuming people aren't stupid enough to ignore them).

I should probably get one of these actually XD

Have you looked up the Vedic and modern science explanations? They'd probably be pretty similar, and if the guy I was listening to last nigtht is anything to go by, probably the first one will say "it's just common sense" and the second one will explain it thoroughly in a slightly complicated fashion XD
