Good morning #hive friends 🤗. Wish you a foggy morning from Bangladesh. The temperature is really going down. Anyway today I will write about Planned labor is the birth of good luck. Let's talk about that isue.

What is hard work?
Work done physically and mentally to solve a task is called hard work. Solving these tasks requires a lot of effort and time.

What is planned work?

Planned labor means reducing physical labor by using intelligence and technology to bring out maximum output. It reduces physical exertion and maximizes the output of any work.

Classification of work on Man basis

There are four types of people in our society. First there is a type of people who earn by doing physical manual labor. Examples are farmers, coolies, rickshaw pullers and daily labourers. They make a living by doing a lot of physical work and our society calls them low caste people. Their earnings are limited and live on meager incomes.

The second stage consists of those who improve the economic condition of others through their physical labor and intelligence through employment. We call them the common middle class, their happiness, dreams and needs are tied in a knot. They may not fulfill many dreams but make the owner of his company richer.

In the third stage there are some intelligent people. They use their intelligence and planned hard work to write their name in the books of the rich. They use the strength, ability and intelligence of others to their own advantage and move forward at a fast pace. Our society calls them upper class people. These upper class people enjoy all the facilities of the society and the pleasures of life.

In the fourth stage there are investors, who continue to earn only by investing. But can never reach the ultimate level of income or success like a third stage person.

Phase three people are the most intelligent and move forward through planned effort.They use the intelligence and hard work of others in their own work and reach the pinnacle of development. I call them the smartest people, they are truly the best.
This is exactly how we should proceed, first by our own intelligence and diligence. Then build a skilled team who will work for you. There is also an investment factor here, but planned hard work is the biggest investment I think.
