Hello #hive friends 🤗. This is @shopnilhasan right back to you. Guys winter season just started in our country. In winter various cake made in our country. Actually cake festival is seen more from the city to the village . A variety of delicious cake are prepared with new rice. Most of the time I go to the village house in winter with my whole family. It's a different feeling of joy .
Some people climb up and clean the date palm trees in winter. They continue to clean the branches of palm trees quite efficiently. Then some parts are cut with a cutter, and the date juice comes out through this cutt.
If you look at the pictures above, you can see some ants trying to eat this sweet juice. Not only ant but many birds come and eat this sweet juice.
After cutting a part of the palm tree, a piece of thin bamboo is inserted in that place and a pitcher is hung to collect the juice. The juice accumulates here all night and then in the morning the juice is collected. This juice is very sweet to eat and I eat it occasionally. Date molasses is made by burning the juice of these dates. Winter pitha is made with this sweet jaggery.
