I'm a fan of all kinds of pasta, and your macaroni dish looks great. but, tbc, it IS macaroni and not spaghetti.

Italians have a whole heap of different types of pasta and some are similar to each other, but spaghetti and macaroni are not two of those.

      I know what spaghetti is, I don't have a picture of it so I just used a picture of macaroni instead. Spaghetti is my favorite food and I don't know what it is? Won't that be absurd? 😂
