Still in the season of maize, thats one plant commonly found almost everywhere at the moment. roadside, parks, even schools you'd find maize readily available, to me it's more of a snacks and fast food....
Roasted Maize which is usually sold with coconut or pear 🍐, (perfect combo) you say.
Here, the maize is being roasted over a burner usually placed on a charcoal, the heat from here, is what cook/roast the maize.
I mean maize can be processed in just few minutes, could be roasted or boiled depending on your preferences!!
Not forgetting that maize itself is also being used commercially, like corn flakes, industrial feed for poultry birds and so on
boiled maize as seen here, the maize are boiled in a pot which is well covered and sealed with a nylon (allowing to steam). Plus preserving its aroma.
so the choice is yours, depending on what you want and how you want your corn to be served, any ways you want it you are surely enjoying the sweetness and nutritional value lf corn
