Some students visited a picnic spot and but three of them got washed away while taking bath in the nearby river. The bodies of none of them were found so the search for them was going on. The chances of anyone surviving were slim. This accident happened when water was suddenly released into the river from the dam of Larji that increased the water level of the river suddenly and 5 boys were washed away in the strong current of water.
Several teams were deployed to find the bodies. The water in the river was stopped so that there was no trouble finding their bodies. While searching, a team reached a place where the river was passing through dense forests.
The teams were busy searching for missing students. Then they saw a young man sitting under a tree. Out of curiosity, when the team reached close to him, they found he was one of the missing students. But they were surprised to see he was in a loincloth.
"Hey, this looks like Sam!" said the head of the team, checking his face in one of the many photos in his hand.
Everyone rushed to him and hesitatingly said, "Sam!" Are you alive? What are you doing here?
"I'm not Sam! " he said, opening his eyes, "You go out of here! This is a forest full of wild animals! " The student closed his eyes and went back into meditation again."
The investigating team immediately informed the control room through wireless. Along with the families of many students, Sam's family members were also waiting for news.
Within a few hours, Sam's parents and a team of doctors arrived at the spot.
His mother hugged him, "Sam," she started crying.
Son! Sam! Are you fine? Why are you dressed like this?
I'm not your son! The young man opened his eyes and said,
What has happened to your voice, Sam? How did it change? And it was none of your fault, but just an accident! Don't worry, your dad will not be angry with you. "
"But lady! I am not your son; your son is dead! I am a sage, I have just entered your son's body. I am doing my daily meditation here." The young man stated solemnly.
There was a look of disbelief on the faces of everyone present there. Saurabh's mother, clinging to him, started moaning loudly.
No, Sam! Do not say this! Come with us, everything will be fine! His mother was sobbing painfully.
"Believe me! I am a sage. I am over a hundred years old. My body was too weak, so I had been looking for a young dead body for a long time. Yesterday I found three dead bodies floating in the river. Two of the bodies were in bad condition, but only this young man's body was in good condition. Therefore, I entered my soul through yoga, and I cremated my own body with my own hands." The young man pointed to the smoke rising in the distance.
"No!! "You're my Sam," his mother said as she hugged him even tighter.
"Where are the two dead bodies?" Sam's grandfather asked that young man.
"They are still there behind my hut. I have not cremated them yet," he replied.
The team quickly reached there and saw that, in fact, the bodies of two youths, covered with grass, were of students washed away in the river.
"How do we believe what you are saying is true?" Sam's grandfather said in a polite voice. Can you show us the entry of your soul into one of those two dead bodies?" Grandpa spoke in a serious voice.
"That body is not in good condition. So my soul can not stay in it for long. But I am ready to do this for your satisfaction." The sage said
Then the sage took a deep breath and closed his eyes. His body fell flat on the ground.
The doctor inspected his body and said, "Oh, the body's heartbeat has stopped, and he shows no signs of life. I can say with confidence that he is no longer alive!" Sam's mother was crying now, even louder.
"See," A familiar, loud voice came from behind them.
They looked back and, to their surprise, one of the two dead bodies stood there!
"Now, do you believe what I said?" The voice of the sage was now coming from that dead body. Saying this, the body rolled to the ground again. Everyone was looking at him in amazement.
Then Sam's body came back to life. The doctor, sitting with his hand on the body, jumped in disbelief.
"My God! What is all this?" The doctor was terrified.
Consciousness returned to Sam's body, and he got up and sat down as if he had woken up from a deep sleep.
"Son!! You are my son, Sam. You must come with us!" Sam's mother was still sobbing and not ready to trust what she saw.
The sage was speaking calmly, "For the last hundred years, inaccessible places and wild forests have been my refuge. I abandoned my parents, brothers, and friends, but now the whole world is my family. How can I go with you?"
The sage remained calm for a while, and then said, "But mother!" I am indebted to you because my soul is in the body that you have given birth to and nourished, so from today, you have become my mother!" Saying this, the young sage prostrated in front of Sam's parents.
The sage sat quietly for a while at the feet of his parents and then said, "Mother first, I give you my word. Whenever and wherever you remember your son, I will physically appear before you. The second is that your dead son, Sam, will become your granddaughter and will be born from the womb of your daughter."
The sage had a serious expression on his face. Tears were flowing from everyone's eyes. The sage said, "It's going to be dark now, so leave this forest!" He was sitting on a rock and concentrating on his meditation.
