Beyond The Looking Glass is the second book in the Unseen series, a story that came to me from the other side. A story where I thought I was just the narrator until I heard the Words of the Unseen.
This second story goes beyond time and place and mixes the long ago with the here and now. Because history keeps repeating, until we learn and do something about it.
Beyond The Looking Glass - Words of the Unseen - Chapter 62
Her body now rises up and her hand removes the long hair from her face and finally, I see her eyes, or not. Pure black, as if the pupils have exploded, that is all I see while I gasp for breath.
By getting my arms between hers and moving them with all my strength from the inside out, I manage to release her grip on my windpipe.
She growls, but this game is no longer funny.
Neither is the growling as one of her hands, with nails that I love when they scratch my back, comes towards my face. I manage to turn my head away and a single nail grazes my cheek. Then the next claw follows, because that is how she uses them, she literally claws at my eyes.
There is no more playing here, she moans when one of her hands manages to touch my chest and I see my skin tear.
A game of role-playing is fun and no one dies from scratches, but this goes too far. In a few seconds, we have gone from a nice lovemaking session to a game of Bloodsport.
"What are you doing?" I sound slightly hysterical but maybe that's okay considering the situation.
Not a word just a louder grunt is the reaction. I'm still pinned under her voluptuous body on the bed and I feel how she does everything she can to stay in that controlling position.
With difficulty I manage to grab both wrists and keep the arms under control, she comes forward with her head and I look very close into the black of those eyes, this appearance is anything but human.
Then she tries to bite me and just in time, I push her straight up. The growling has now become the superlative of itself and I need all my strength and flexibility to get her off me and turn this role play around.
When I'm finally on top it gets easier, it seems as if whoever has crawled in there is having more and more difficulty controlling the body.
Something I've noticed with Sei and America too, controlling a body for a longer period takes a lot of energy.
"Who are you?"
Growling.
"Say it, who the fuck are you?"
More growling, then I realize I've forgotten another lesson. "You have to ask them for their name, Daddy, they have to say it when they take a house."
"Your name, asshole. What's your name."
For a moment I'm afraid she's going to throw up, then I understand what was going on. Too late because a big yellow-green squirt drips down my eye.
"Your name, tell me your name in the name of the light."
The head shakes back and forth, it tries to bite but there's nothing but air.
"Your name," it comes out with more dominance than I knew I had in me.
"Pazuzu," it growls as I push its wrists harder against the bed.
"Get lost Pazuzu, leave this body alone. Leave this Body Pazuzu. In the name of light go away Pazuzu."
The blob of slime has now reached the corner of my mouth but I can't remove it, my hands are still clamped around wrists.
Then nothing happens at all, the body goes completely limp.
I let go of one wrist and wipe the blob from my face just before it would enter my panting mouth.
As I bend over to get off of her a drop of blood falls on her neck, "Fuck this was real," I say panting, and to myself because her body is still lying there motionless.
In just a pair of boxers I walk to the wardrobe when I turn around her body moves, a little.
"What did you do?" Asks a calm female voice.
"Ehhn I did nothing did you do."
Her mouth falls open when she gets a better look, "Cabilah, or what?"
"Well not really, no," I try to smile.
"Who then?"
"This is too crazy for words, I don't know what happened but you were an animal. You scratched, spat, and bit me. It was really incredibly intense. Whatever it was it's gone now, it's called Pazuzu and I don't think it'll come back."
Her eyes look away for a moment. "You're not allowed to mention that name says the Little One."
I remain silent and think. A name gives power but to invoke the name gives strength. The Little One is right, I don't need this crap again.
"I get it, " I sigh.
