Am back @HomeEdders community, it's been a long time since me and lil girls activity is more on writing the the alphabet, and I found her enjoying her writing juorney now, because sometimes she is the one asking me that she wanted to write, and even I wanted her to rest but she insist so I let her do what she wants.
Now we are down to big and small letter "Gg" and even it's her first time to write the big letter "G" she did not struggle, her struggle was with small letter "g" because of how she make a circle is going to right direction but, after 2 and 3 times of trying, she did it well.
Besides her writing achievements I also let her start her drawing using the water color.
At first we find it hard to look for durable paper where she can draw and add the colors in it, but after I posted and ask the noise users of what to type of materials to be used temporary for her painting and drawing, they said illustration board or carton box is ok to be used temporarily.
So this morning I cut a piece of carton box, and give her the water color, piece of cloth and the box and let her start the painting, she was very happy and proud telling her father that she is painting.
Her first attempt was just putting colors together, as I see her enjoying, I told her to draw first then add the colors.
I show her a sample, I draw a flower with a leave and I teach her how to add colors to it. While putting a color I am guiding her.
The center flower was my drawing and the two on the side was her drawing and work also without my guide this time and seeing how happy she is with her achievement because she bring it and show to her father saying I DID THE PAINTING TATAY and smile pricelessly.
Then after being tired from painting and drawing, she get her work and put it on our wall as if she wanted it to put there or frame it, I was just smiling looking at her.
And that's not end there, she even bring it to our bed and put under her pillow before taking her afternoon nap. She is really valuing her work.
Maybe tomorrow I let her draw different things then put the colors by herself.
This kind of activity is very helpful with our kids to enhance thier talent and being artistic and also they can practice on how to put some colors to make the drawing more clear and beautiful.
At her age of 3 I know there are alot more to develop with regards to her skills but maybe constant practice everyday, will make her know which is strength and weakness.
This will be my blog for today, thank you for stopping by and leaving comments and upvotes. Highly appreciated.
Greetings,
Annie
