Ladies of Hive Community Contest #105 - If Hive was a Food, what would it be?

in #hive2 years ago

For this week @Ladiesofhive - Contest I will answer to this question
2️⃣ If Hive were a dish (food), what would it be and why do you say so?

In India one of our very favorite food is Chaat. It is not one dish but it is a variety of savoury snacks which is sweet, sour and spicy. In this variety of Chaat - Paani Puri is my favorite. Paani puri is crispy fried hollow balls in which there is a potatoes of a sprout stuffing and then you put in some spicy, tangy water along with some sweet chutney. You get all the flavors in your mouth, spicy, sweet and tangy and it taste yummy. This is what I call Hive exactly.

Hive is like that crispy hard hollow ball and then we all who are on Hive are like those fillings of potatoe and sprouts. The spicy, tangy water and the sweet chutney are the experiences that we get here on Hive. What we finally feel are the different flavors that we experience when we have that final Paani Puri.

In my 5.5 years of experience here on Hive, there have been some very good exuberating moments like the sweetness in the Paani Puri, some have been punching moments giving me a hit in the face like the spicy flavor in it and some head shaking moments like the tanginess in it giving me a kick in the head. With all of this also I enjoy this place. As Paani Puri is one of my favorite dish and so is Hive, no matter what happens here I still like the place and continue being here.

Chaat as I mentioned is variety of savoury snacks, so is this place with so much diversity in terms of people, community, ideas. Just like how we have different tokens breeding under Hive. We all come from different walks of life and share our experiences and knowledge on this platform just like the chaat which provides a variety of snacks under it's one name.

Hence I compare Chaat with Hive, which is just not limited to one particular dish but a variety of flavors under one brand. Like a family for all the tokens under Hive, where Hive is the head of the family. Just like chaat, it is addicting once you have it you want more. Same is Hive, once you get used to the place you want to keep going on and on.

I will like to invite @sduttaskitchen to participate in the contest.

Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸

I love how you connected Paani Puri to Hive here.

Thanx....true, the diversity here is amazing. Who imagined such a diversity will exist on one platform which will be beneficial for all.

That is one good way to describe Hive, a combination of different tastes to make up one whole satisfying meal.

I enjoy spicy meal so maybe I'll like Paani Puri. 😃😃 I've been thinking of how to tackle this week's question and your post is an eye-opener. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day. 😊😊

You can tweak it the way you want. That's how this system also works right, you can just curate, or write or even just invest. So many options all in one.
You too have a wonderful day and good luck with the contest @ladytitan

Haha Naina you are talking about gol gappa. I too love it. Actually spicy items are my favourite.
All the best for the contest.

Yes gol gappa, we call it paani puri in Mumbai. I like a little bit on the sweeter side

The snack piqued my interest after reading this :) And it's great that it kind of represent Hive. Truly, this blockchain is amazing in many different ways although it has its own spicy tastes too. Thank you for this, I almost missed it :)
