WHICH IS MORE FAVORABLE
When we speak of money making career, we speak of Real Estate and crypto others follows, let's talk about reliability of this two career and pin point which bring the money more often without any road block.
REAL ESTATE
Real Estate bring the money flowing like a river non-stop, investing in Real Estate is more safe and reliable. Real Estate appreciate with time if it have to do with landed property, though having a building may depreciate with time but it brings in the rent more often. But renovation can increase the price tag of the building, at a time when i learnt how banks operate in terms of loans , i notice that banks to invest into Real Estate and make huge returns by investing with their clients money. I.E A current account holder may invest his money in the bank just to make an annual return of 7% to 5%. But the bank in turn invest their money and make *10 that percentage. Which is pure business, but one can invest directly into the Real Estate and make almost the same return the bank make. I have seen Real Estate companies offering to pay 25% - 30% to anybody who want to invest in their estate. A wise and business minded person will take the shot.
CRYPTO CURRENCY
Crypto is the future, that is no joke. Crypto have made a handful of fortunate individuals millionaire, i could have been one of them but i was ignorant, this the case Bitcoin drop to an unbearable depth, i was advised to buy, i checked the rate of it's depth was scary. I didn't know the theory, if it falls you buy if it raise you sale or you hold. That is how i missed the shoot on Bitcoin. Shiba was another coin that made me loss money because of my ignorance. I saw Shiba raise and thripled my money, i just smiled and went to bed, the next morning i just felt like i was robbed, shiba fall into a big hole and remained dormant till date.
CONCLUSION
There is risk in every business, but when we comparing crypto and Real Estate, the risk in crypto is extremely high, i have young boy commit suicide because of losing money in trading, despite the fuse in this post, crypto is the future and don't forget Real Estate never fails.
