That is what needs to be done without the violence in a shorter period of time.

The How.

The how consists of every other topic in one way or another.
Look at everything around you. That is what you need to enable. You do not have to build it all. Just grant someone else the ability to do it.

We are going to make Hive exactly what everyone would like it to be. A place to go if you need help. And the help will be honest with you. A place where people can come to as a reliance when things are tough. A place that will uplift and help them back to where they want to be.

A place of plentiful, by plentiful I am talking of people and opinion. With open discussions and no name calling involved. Where people can build a reputation and the reputation they build on Hive can carry them forward to other adventures.

A place for people to come and socialise. Where groups are formed and meet for coffee on chain.

A place with dedicated teams for various things. Paid by contract, to gather informational material and source it through one medium, the same for other categories.

Games blogging and the other things we have going on are all too small and the target audience is limited.

Games with freebies will bring some in the crypto to plunder resources and diminish the value of a game. When the take drops they leave. Blogging rewards are only decent with a decent Hive value. And even them Blogging would not work for the majority as an income.

Promoting them over and over only does one thing. Bring the money magnets and when the metal dries up they are gone.

We do not need to do the things we have done before. If we done them and they work. They should still be working?

Believe me. I understand the working on a budget part. I do so all of the time.

It's the old saying. If you give a man an egg. He can make an omelette, If you give him a fishing rod. You have to teach him how to fish.

A budget is not how much you have. It is how is that budget best used. The measurement for that varies. In any instance any project should have in mind the ideal of independence and no reliance on support. This is not a thing many budget for. In your personal life you might think of it as a pension plan. Something as big as Hive. Needs a way to replace some that leave. Some like Blocktrade. A Hive resource that can cover those costs and expand on the resources available.

There are many obstacles that will come in the future. All of them have to be considered now. Not being able to see them all is not a reason not to talk about the ones we know that will.

Let us agree a starting point, before we get to future obstacles.

When you look at life around you. When you think of what will I need tomorrow. At the base of it is finance to pay for the things you want. Without the ability to gain this resource for yourself. The hand outs kill the soul of life. People want by nature to support themselves. In many cases their problems caused and imposed by the society rules.

Finance is the restriction. I do not agree with free money. My knowledge is that when you put the effort in for the reward. There is more appreciation for the reward when it comes.

Finance is a real issue for the average person to try start anything. The high costs increase a general need for loans which reduce the chances of success. Change this by making Hive a preferable method.

Only in very very few circumstance is there an exception to this rule. When you buy something. You pay with the Dollar. You can spend Hive tokens in places around the world. Great I made that happen here to. Not a big deal. Though it did take time. But who spends it?

To make the things happen that you would like to see happen. Make Hive the focal point you want everyone to use. Move away from the way you have done things before.

You build from the penthouse up.

All the fancy stuff at the floor for everyone to use and all the shit that falls from above to sort.

The blockchain must sacrifice. The sacrifice is votes to a post or other forms of contribution. Finance is needed to start.

Of the finance given out to any of the projects, what was beneficial to the blockchain now.
I ask that sincerely.
In many cases I do not think we funded them to the extent needed. Another story.

All of the things done by the chain over time and the levels it upgraded itself to are nothing but great work by many people. But there is more to life than code.

Hive needs to invest there. Life invest into the crypto world for one thing only. For more FIAT back.
Once Hive enters Life physically, Life will interact with it. We do not take FIAT. We take HBD. We do not deposit FIAT. We withdraw HBD. We use that HBD like people use Crypto, to bring back more. With HBD, it brings back more to the Blockchain.
