What is Hive?

Hive is a blogging platform. People share some of the experiences of their life and it is stored on a blockchain. This storage cannot be reversed. The action that happened is recorded. This ledger of all events is stored on many devices that must match on every action. A device not holding the same recording of event as others, will not be listened to by the blockchain.

To secure function of the blockchain ledger. Devices that hold the ledger are in various locations in various countries.

You can play games on the blockchain and earn tokens. Tokens can be exchanged to use from one game to another.

Hive has 2 tokens HBD and HIVE. The value of HIVE has a greater range then HBD. HBD is pegged at 1 USD and aims to maintain that 1 USD.

It has a maximum time delay of 3 seconds for an action. I think the use of tech shortened that time now. But I do not want to say less just...

Reply. Hive is a platform where users have control over their own data, can engage with others, and can even earn cryptocurrency rewards for contributing valuable content. That's Hive in my own opinion!
It's a space where people can come together, share ideas, and learn from each other. Hive is an amazing place to be!

Hive has the greatest potential of any blockchain to be used for everyday life. The only restrictions are imagined. I imagine your reason is you cannot see how. Maybe it is the size of the project the prevents you.

It is like every project.
Obstacles will come. The obstacles ahead of Hive. Are we going to prepare for those or just let them slap you us all in the face.
Maybe it is not worth diverging to ensure the project you work on succeeds.

Is there more to Hive?

Above are the standard replies that you would hear asking the question. What is Hive?

There might be a few more things I have not mentioned. But in general. You will hear good things about the chain. Most of them will be true.

What you do not read in what people will say are the things that are not on Hive.

How can anyone say anything about something that is not here?

Conversations around retention of users.
Conversations about having business run on the blockchain.
Conversations about anything anyone has had in the past about what could be here but is not.

Those are s few things of conversation that come up regular.

Things that are never taken beyond a conversation.

What is Hive. (The unsaid).

Hive is falling slowly.
Code will not bring people to the chain to do the things people want others to do on the blockchain. The main focus of what Hive could be is lost and needs to be revived.

The reliance on tokens on Hive to provide value for the Hive tokens is a burden.
Payments from the DHF/DAO is a burden on the chain.

All other tokens are chased by popularity and influencers. All other tokens outside of Hive are pure speculative tokens. Most of them will remain tokens.

Hive can be a coin.
