Despite the reputation of politics being a dirty game, I still want to do it differently. Yes, I will!
If I had the chance to become a politician in my country, Nigeria, and contest for a powerful position, I'm determined to lead with integrity, transparency, and accountability. I believe someone must set a new standard, and that someone is me.
EQUAL PAY
Throughout my tenure, I'll ensure equal pay for all the Governors, House of Reps, Senators, and all others with the civil servants or government workers, regardless of their positions or status. No more inflated salaries for politicians while the masses struggle to make ends meet. That is why we are still dragging the issue of minimum wage from nothing to nothing 🤔 I'll work tirelessly to win the trust of the people and implement the changes Nigeria desperately needs. As if, I should be on the site right now🤣
SOLID EDUCATION SYSTEM
I'll focus on education reform, this one that We have a poor education system whereby pupils believe education is a scam because graduates are wandering around the street without jobs and more. I will ensure our schools receive adequate funding, and our children receive quality education. Our teachers will receive competitive salaries, and our curriculum will be revamped to include skills development like vocational skills and critical thinking. I'll make sure the parents are responsible enough to take care of their kids not by having multiple children they can't care for.
FREE HEALTHCARE
I'll tackle healthcare, this is important because health is wealth establishing well-equipped hospitals and training medical professionals. Everyone deserves access to free quality healthcare, regardless of their financial situation. No politician in the right senses should leave for treatment in another country if they had taken care of our hospitals here. It is a shame to our dear Nation 🤔
INFRASTRUCTURE
I'll prioritize infrastructure development, building modern roads, bridges, and public transportation systems. Our infrastructure will be safe, efficient, and sustainable for use. Have you seen a federal road that links many states together fall apart for many years now without renovation? That's the Lagos-Ibadan expressway, it is damaged beyond imagination 🤔 However, our leaders are busy flying with jets up and down. They don't care!
CORRUPTION
I'll address the issue of corruption, by establishing an independent anti-corruption agency with teeth. Those found guilty of corruption will face the full force of the law, regardless of their status or position. The current leaders have failed us, prioritizing personal gain over the welfare of the masses. They've looted our treasury, leaving us with a debt crisis, poverty, and unemployment. Every day we wake up to News of debts, why? All is a way of corruption. I'm committed to breaking this cycle of corruption and self-serving politics. All leaders found guilty won't just be jailed but sentenced to death and this will serve as a deterrent to others who have the same mind.
STANDARDIZED ECONOMY
I'll ensure our economy works for everyone, not just the privileged few. I will declare the same price control all over goods and services throughout my tenure. I'll support small businesses, entrepreneurs, and local industries, creating jobs and opportunities for our youth. I won't call them lazy youth, I will try to give them immediate employment right from serving their fatherland that is, the National Youth Service Corps.
POWER INTOXICATION
I won't let the allure of power distract me from my mission to serve the people who voted for me and create a better future for Nigerians. I'll surround myself with competent, dedicated professionals who share my vision. Together, we'll work tirelessly to rebuild our Nation, restoring hope and prosperity for all Nigerians."
