Engaging in homesteading

we can still harvest! Harvested a few peppers for today, as well as lettuce and a romanesco for the supply and probably the last cauliflower (the last ones will probably not grow enough anymore, will then be rabbit food), and there are now 2 romanesco in the garden, and the winter vegetables ( Brussel sprouts, kale, palm cabbage, leeks) as well as a few meters of carrots, but the last carrots will also come out this week...

in the largest greenhouse there are still a few lettuce and kohlrabi growing, I have prepared the other two greenhouses for the winter, these got a thick layer of must from our animals, in this case from our goats and our ducks...I've also gotten the fodder beets out now, so I'll turn off the green ones now (the rabbits get them for supper) and then store them , for that I dug in the next underground refrigerator today, in the other ones there are already carrots, beetroot and cheese, .. I'll dig in the next one later, which isn't so easy d through the stony ground, but that'll be fine! ..last year we already had snow, I'm not sad that winter is coming a little later and I hope I'll get everything ready for winter beforehand, last year my husband was able to help a lot, this year I'm almost completely alone due to his working hours done work on the farm, he was only responsible for making wood for the winter and slaughtering rabbits...
