Hey guys! The season is starting here and things are getting a little better now that I decided to try Modern Mode again and completely abandoned Width Mode!
Splinterlands brought many significant changes and I couldn't help but adapt to the new concepts!
Lots of news this past week with the team's announcements about the company's future plans. The proposals that have been put forward by the team and are asking for our support to receive funding
The Modern League is paying a good amount of SPS per victory and I have a small amount in stake, so I came to the conclusion that I can play in the Silver Leagues without needing so much rented SPS.
Regarding card rentals, I keep renewing indefinitely, which makes me need DEC and that's why I end up selling part of the profits that I receive net SPS to pay the costs. I have still been at a loss, which means that I will need to take out some of what I accumulated in STAKE to be able to pay the bills.

Ruleset Analysis
Without further delay, let's get straight to the point!
The match in question featured the following Ruleset:
Firstly note that this battle took place in Modern Mode, where I am playing in the Silver leagues!!
When we have two battle rules, the game becomes interesting because we can make many different combinations making each match more unpredictable! I prefer this to happen because it increases the complexity of the game and I hope to be able to benefit from it. Even though sometimes, just the opposite happens!
With the Equalizer rule, all cards are leveled and have the same amount of life. It's easy to think about looking for cards with fewer life points, thus compensating with a specific ability that could be the difference in the match!
However, the second rule Odd Ones restricts our deck to only cards with odd mana costs. This reminds me of some cards but I can't make my best combinations.
My strategy was already formed!
Thaddius Brood, level 5, rented
I ended up opting for the level 5 summoner Thaddius Brood that I have rented, I prefer to play with this splinter because I have good cards available. Both purchased cards and rented cards. So it's natural that I opt for this type of monster.
I decided to bring a card that reduces the opponent's melee attack strength.
Disintegrator, take 3, rented
This card will be my tank and will occupy the first position. With this reduction in the opponent's attack, I'm making a bet that he will present himself with physical attackers and that way I would have more chances.
We'll see if this plan leads me to victory!

The opening of the first round shows us that the opponent will use a mixed team, which I understand as a very coherent strategy. I even gave names to some strategies, in this case I called it Balance Strategy.
It consists of balancing the division of the team's attack force using monsters of all types: melee, magic and ranged. That's what the opponent did, and this way we will only have 4 of the 6 cards with melee attacks. Although some do not attack, as they need to be in first position to be activated.
The second round begins with the realization that the opponent's use of support cards will cause me problems. There are two specific cards, which restore shields twice, and restore life once. I don't have any support cards so I'm completely damaged!
Skipping to the fourth round, I still forgot to note that there was specific support for granting resurrection. In this way, it is clear that the opponent's strategic option was superior.
Round 6 eliminates my melee cards and I stop attacking from first position. The game ends in defeat.
Conclusion
Defeat!!!
The opponent used the balance strategy wisely and the use of supports was introduced very effectively! I was surprised by this construction and was unable to stop the opponent. Game over and congratulations to the strategist!
Thus, my strategy was inferior to the opponent.
I was very dissatisfied, and the learning was left!
This way I was defeated in this screening of Fast, Furious and CrazyPhantomBR!!!

Fala pessoal! Por aqui a temporada começando e as coisas estão ficando um pouco melhores agora que resolvi experimentar novamente o Modo Modern e abandonei completamente o Modo Wid!
Splinterlands trouxe muitas mudanças significativas e eu não poderia deixar de me adaptar aos novos conceitos!
Muitas novidades na semana que passou com os anúncios da equipe sobre os planos futuros da empresa. As propostas que foram colocadas pela equipe e estão pedindo nosso apoio para receber o financiamento
A Liga Moderna está pagando uma boa quantidade de SPS por vitória e eu tenho pouca quantidade em stake, então cheguei a conclusão que consigo jogar nas Ligas Prata sem precisar de tanto SPS alugado.
A respeito do aluguel de cards, continuo renovando indefinidamente, o que me faz precisar de DEC e por isso acabo vendendo parte dos lucros que recebo SPS líquido para pagar os custos. Ainda tenho ficado no prejuízo, o que significa que precisarei tirar um pouco do que acumulei em STAKE para poder pagar as contas.

Análise do Ruleset
Sem mais demora vamos direto ao que interessa!
A partida em questão apresentou o seguinte Ruleset:
Primeiramente observe que esta batalha ocorreu no Modern Mode, onde estou jogando nas ligas Prata!!
Quando temos duas regras de batalha, o jogo fica interessante pois podemos fazer muitas combinações diferentes fazendo com que cada partida fique mais imprevisível! Eu prefiro que isso aconteça pois assim aumenta a complexidade do jogo e eu tenho esperanças de conseguir me beneficiar disso. Mesmo que as vezes, acontece justamente o contrário!
Com a regra Equalizer todos os cards são nivelados e possuem a mesma quantidade de pontos de vida. É fácil pensar em buscar os cards com menos pontos de vida, compensando assim com alguma habilidade específica que possa ser o diferencial na partida!
Porém a segunda regra Odd Ones restringe nosso baralho para apenas cards com custo de mana ímpares. Isso me faz lembra de alguns cards mas não posso fazer minhas melhores combinações.
A minha estratégia já estava formada!
Thaddius Brood, level 5, alugado
Acabei optando pelo invocador Thaddius Brood level 5 que tenho alugado, prefiro jogar com esse splinter pois tenho bons cards disponíveis. Tanto cards comprados como cards alugados. Então é natural que eu opte por este tipo de monstro.
Decidi por trazer um card que diminua a força de ataque melee dos adversários.
Disintegrator, leve 3, alugado
Esse card será meu tank e ocupará a primeira posição. Com essa redução de ataque do adversário, estou fazendo uma aposta que ele deve se apresentar com atacantes físicos e assim eu teria mais chances.
Veremos se esse plano me leva a vitória!
Batalha

A abertura do primeiro round nos mostra que o adversário usará uma equipe mista, que eu entendo como uma estratégia muito coerente. Eu cheguei a dar nomes para algumas estratégias, nesse caso eu chamei de Estratégia do Equilíbrio.
Consiste em equilibra a divisão da força de ataque da equipe usando monstros de todos os tipos: melee, mágicos e ranged. Foi o que o adversário fez, e dessa forma teremos apenas 4 dos 6 cards com ataques melee. Ainda que alguns não ataquem, pois precisam estar na primeira posição para serem ativados.
O segundo round já começa com a constatação que o uso de cards suportes do adversário me causarão problemas. São dois cards em específico, que restauram escudos duas vezes, e restauram vida uma vez. Eu não tenho nenhum card suporte desta forma estou completamente prejudicado!
Pulando para o quarto round, ainda esqueci de observar que existia um suporte específico para concessão de ressurreição. Desta forma fica constatada a opção estratégia do adversário ter sido superior.
O Round 6 extermina meus cards melee e deixo de atacar desde primeira posição. O jogo acaba com derrota.
Conclusão
Derrota!!!
O adversário utilizou com sabedoria a estratégia do equilíbrio e o uso de suportes foi introduzido de maneira muito eficaz! Eu fui surpreendido com essa construção e fui incapaz de deter o adversário. Fim de jogo e parabéns ao estrategista!
Assim, minha estratégia foi inferior ao adversário.
Fiquei muito insatisfeito, e ficou o aprendizado!
Desta forma fui derrotado nesta exibição do Fast, Furious and CrazyPhantomBR!!!
