Vowels and types of vowels sound

VOWELS - In English language vowels are typically represented by the letters A,E,I,O,U. They form the nucleus or core of syllables in words.
Here we are going to discuss about two types of vowels i.e SHORT VOWELS SOUND and LONG VOWELS SOUND.
SHORT VOWELS SOUND - shorts vowels sound are usually the sound of the letter / a /, / e /, / i /, / o /, / u /.
LONG VOWELS SOUND - Long vowels sound are the sound of the name of the letter < a >, < e >, < i >, < o >, < u >.

Here, we can do some activities like I made a Postman Mr. Snail and it carries an envelope in which it has < ai > eg. - paint, grain, faint, rain, pain.

SHORT VOWELS SOUND in English language are typically pronounced in a relatively brief duration. eg:
/ a / - sound of a found in words like cat, bat, hat.
/ e / - sound of e found in pet, met, bed.
/ i / - sound of i found in sit, hit, bit.
/ o / - sound of o found in hot, not, got.
/ u / - sound of u found in cup, up, luck.
LONG VOWELS SOUND in English language are typically pronounced with an extended duration compared to their short sounds.
/ ai / is found in pain, snail.
/ ee / is found in bee.
/ ie / is found in pie, tie.
/ oa / is found in boat, goat.
/ ue / is found in blue, glue.
