I have NEVER seen this Silver Bar before in my Travels. I am guessing it was minted in 1990 since it says 25 years of Santa Clarita Bank. It may be Very Scarce but yes the Price looks strong so far...........
I am just grateful I got to Share this Moment with You, 888 seller Feedback was Cool...........
