Very true we are the result of the condtions we create and allow around us.

We don't do the traditional sitting around having a large roasted meal, we found a buffet was more fitting to our family.
Mainly cause we can do it over a few days just adding items run out, it also means we get to have multiple meats and other buffet foods you wouldn't normally have for xmas dunner.
People seem to like it we been doing it this way for years now.
We have a big family that visits over 3 days normally so it works.
