You can stake LEO in two ways. In the first picture, you can go to HIVE-Engine directly and do it in there. In the second picture, you can do it in the wallet section of peakd.com. Both are extremely easy to use and are connected to the same backend. As Inleo, Peakd, Ecency, Liketu, and others are hive-blockchain frontends, Hive-Engine has different frontends to its use.
The Leo Power Up Day (LPUD) is usually the 15th or the 14th depending on the month, so watch out for those days! If you power up more than 150 LEO you can even participate on LEO delegations. For that reason I collect them and wait until I got a bare minimum.
