Hello!
I was reading twitter today and I found a fascinating story that I would share wit you.
There is a family called "The Zammits", that is refusing to sell their property despite having received multiple millionare offers.
Here you can read the whole story:

This is their property:
As you can see, all the surrounding area is formed by single family unit houses with very little land.
What I find more fascinating is how the area looked some years ago:
The developers offered big quantities and the family is still refusing to sell. As the article says:
The Zammits have already turned down offers from developers that are reportedly as high as $40million (£20m) - and every day brings new requests from real estate agents asking the family to call them in their relentless pursuit of the property.
In addition to that, the reporters asked the neighbors about the matter, here are some of their responses:
'It doesn't really bother us,' one father said.
'It's their land, they can do what they want with it.'
Another woman living over the other side had a similar opinion.
'If I had that property, I would do the same thing,' the mother said.
'I'm with them!'
So, the community is with them.
What would you do in a similar position?
Would you sell or HODL?
