Doda is a very dry sweet which is a North Indian speciality and has a tough and twisty texture, making the ghee stick to your mouth and a great experience. I miss enjoying Doda during Diwalis as it was a sure-shot gift by people.

Doda has been one of my favorite sweets and it became even more loved by me when I couldn't get a chance to have it for like 8 years since I moved out of my hometown. Over here it is really hard to find making me crave for it even more.
