These are the water solids. Giant black tarps that have a mat finish on one side for camera.
Here we're hanging these tarps down off the building to cover the windows and fake the night.

I saw the opposite once where huge lights were being shined into windows to make it appear like daylight. I think it was more for consistent lighting.
