Can you temporarily remove your vote from the Return Proposal to lower the bar a bit?

I read the HiveBuzz proposal again...It seems a bit high and a bit too much in the way of increased activiity...I personally would like to see HiveBuzz stay simple and user focused.
I know this is not what any organisation wants to hear....but growing bigger is not neccessarily growing better.
