this is the part two to the story of if I got hired or not.
to clarify a few questions, the place i went to with @sponge-bob is called "KASIA" the biggest importer of electric vehicles in Argentina, the thing is Kasia didn't just sell to average people off the street it would also sell to other distribuitors in the country/same city. you can probably see what the huge problem here is.
Imagine you go to the store to buy a pack of koolaid for $5 to make and sell in your front yard, now you can make 50 cups of koolaid and cost of this for you is $0.10, so you decide to sell each cup for $0.50, now you're making 5x more than you spent on each cup, pretty cool right?
Okay now imagine that the place you buy the koolaid from opens a stand right across the street from yours, and starts selling koolaid for $0.25 a cup because they get the coolaid from the manufacturer for much cheaper, that means they spend way less money on the packs of koolaid and they're running you out of buisness.
having that in mind now imagine it with ev's, the cheapest scooter you can buy is around 1.000usd i cant confirm 100% but im pretty sure the iporter can get them for around 300usd from china so that leaves a large range to charge distribuitors one price and the public another
the thing is that if one of the salesmen are on a call with a customer and they don't seem to interested in buying it with us , the salesmen would drop the price to the same cmount a distribuitor would pay for it
that means "stealing" sales from our other customers (the distribuitors)
Having that clarified, I had an interview with the owner a month after meeting him, and he had told me to prepare for it by studying the minimotors scooters they sell, im talking range, speed, battery configs, and a bunch more detailes.
I did and met him in a coffee shop, answered the usual interview questions like why should we hire you, and how would you handle such and such situations, plus some specific questions about some of the scooters.
He had also called me to ask how much I expected to be paid (something very normal in argentina) and I answered $35000 pesos a month, wich was a lot more than what i was making in all the other places. I guess he heard that and wanted to hire me on the spot, because now that I think about it that was very little money even back then(have in mind 1 usd was 195 pesos so i was making 180 usd ish a month) now i make 275 usd a month.

First day. the recall
My fist day I went to the warehouse, far from the city, to start changing some front rims on some scooters that had a recall because the plastic rims would crack right down the middle after a couple of miles,

our store now is in libertador 8430 Whats Motors we are now distribuitors, and have the most sales since we know the most about scooters and have the largest vareity of brands as well as the best technicians ever (aka = ME) and Federico
I will be posting as much as i can from now on about projects and work i do during the week, showing how these scooters work, what the usual problems are and regular maitanence
