I made the image for this meme using a free and open source AI art program called fooocus. The program runs locally on my computer and you can download it here But make sure to download the Pinokio browser first. The Pinokio browser makes it super easy to download and install these programs on your computer.

So I opened my AI program and the prompt I used was something like "clowns digging in a mine"

I use a free open source paint program called paint.net to make my captions.

I added my captions and the rest is history, I finished this one pretty quick, there was no clowning around lol.
