This pattern is a clear indication that it is possible for a man to achieve anything that he concieves in his mind, as long as he is willing to put in the required work needed to birth it into reality. But if a man doesn't imagine or have an idea birthed in his mind, how can he be able to create or know what to create?
There are some cases a man's problem is not that he can't concieve ideas. Although he can, he looks and considers the situations of the things he see around him, he then concludes that he is not capable of a thing he has already imagined in his life. As expected, he ends up not being able to achieve it. In this scenario, we see a man use the same tool (the mind) which can be used to create possible realities to limit himself.
Now, we must realize that it is impossible to say that each time positive ideas come to us, that everything will be conducive enough to effortlessly implement it. In reality, it is rarely so. Infact, it is at that point that you begin to face strong adversity and situations that will try to stop you by feeding you with negative thoughts. You may get to the point that you will even start doubting yourself, and may begin to ask if what you have imagined in your mind is feasible at all. It is important to note that this experience is normal; just the same way things naturally fight against growth, and weeds try to choke up good plants, it is natural for you to have negative thoughts, but it is your job to weed it out and make sure it doesn't grow.
In another instance, just the same way weeds in the farm grow faster than the good seeds, in like manner, when negative thoughts are given the room to breath, they grow and fill up every available space they can find. The only advantage we have is that negative thoughts starts small just as positive thoughts do. What we should do is that, as soon as we have a good thought or idea, we should fan it till it grows big. If for any reason we begin to notice doubt, fear or any other negative thought that tells us that we can't achieve a thing begin to creep into our mind, we should uproot it as soon as we do.
There is only one way that we can fight against negative thoughts: by feeding your mind with positive ones. Most persons call this technique "act of self suggestion". Through the act of self suggestion, you can be able to rid your mind of worries, fears and all forms of limitations that plagues your life.
Self suggestion involves using positive words to convince your self that you can you can handle situations that you are scared of. Through self suggestion, you can get your self believe in the positive ideas that you have conceived in your mind, as well as in your capability to achieve them. These words includes "Yes, I Can do it", ,"I am smart and Intelligent", "I'm strong and powerful".
To understand the act of self-suggestion, I will like you to imagine a dirty dish soiled by the remains of your meal. The dish is your good idea, but the remains of your meal has made them dirty. The more you keep the dish and refuse to wash it up, it gets dirtier as the remains of your meal begins to form yeast. But when you wash them in water (water is the self-suggestion), the dirt gradually begins to leave the plate, and after a while you will have your plate clean and sparkling. This is the same thing that happens each time we apply the act of self-suggestion. Gradually, we remove all the negative ideas, doubts and fears from our mind, giving it enough space to unleash it's full potential.
