There are times when you have to put all effort into making everybody inclusive in whatever you’re doing. If we did not bring them into it.
It will come to a time where they will not understand what they’re supposed to do next, but if as a leader you are doing it on your commanding them to do. As long with you. With time, they will get a grip of things, even if they don’t understand why.

Some people figure things out later in life. Not all leaders actually tell you everything that they ever wants to do at every point in time.
