A few days ago an HelloTalk friend made some fluffy pancakes.
I was very impressed, so I asked what’s the secret of the recipe? He said that he separated the yolk from the egg whites and cooked the pancakes on a low flame. I tried to do the same yesterday morning.
The ingredients are: raising flour 1 cup, milk 1/2cup, vanilla powder, sugar 4 spoons, salt, bicarbonate and of course maple syrup.
I forgot to melt the butter and to add it to the mixture.
However, the pancakes were very fluffy and delicious!
Cover and cook on low heat for a few minutes.
