How not to manage your work life balance
Hello playtoearn gamers, hiveans and watch to earners!
A lot of you might have noticed that Splinternews has not been active for a while. My last stream was on the 15 th of February. I am happy to say that your wait will soon be over! I have to manage a few things but I will be able to stream again in the middle of April. I just have to fix a few things:
- work
- life
- balance
I wonder how others feel about days being too short and time being the scarcest asset. If a day would have 48h and we would only sleep 2h a day I think I would be able to fit in all my stuff I gotta do.
It’s not easy to manage dozens of things I have to do right now. I am working on set of a movie production. If you are curious you can find some info at the Austrian Film Institute.
While working on this movie, I have to get my paperwork fixxed for my upcoming marriage. Meaning a lot of waiting rooms in state offices, embassies etc. It really sucks. I am happy I can play some Splinterlands while waiting.
Ah yeah not to mention that we are also moving flats on the fly meaning I come home from work and pack a box of...
Most of our kitchen and essentials have already been moved to the new flat and we ar travelling back and forth since we have to have the old one empty in 3 days. Also we have to find a new tenant for the old flat if we don't want to pay double rent for the next 6 weeks until our old contract runs out. The risk is small but its there so I am preparing for the worst and thats why I took the job in the first place.
It seems @solymi is overloaded with to do lists, and in addition I thought it might be a good idea to launch my OWN WEBSITE to initiate the Hive Music Video Foundation
Yeah one might say that is too much and @solymi agrees.
But some of these things will be done very SOON™ and I will be able to stream again. At least for a short time before I will go for the next production for a feature film in mid May. Until then I will try to make the best of it I promise.
My streams will have a different structure and will be totally random in their timeframes since it is impossible for me to plan ahead and announce my streams in time so make sure to get notified when I go live!
