Personal Projects and Devices
We've got three days til' launch. Our brand is in the hands of our illustrator. We took a personal cost to endorse this fixed cost for the project. I hope to have our current community help us expand our reach to others, for a successful raise. Man, being a founder really does feel full-time.
Unboxing A New Device
Today's blog post involves a small slice of my life, especially the weekends, where I get more free time to accomplish my goals. According to switching phone carriers, I received a new device. I have to come clean. I'm pretty stoked. I don't exactly jump at the idea of transferring matters to a new device, but with new technology, comes a chance to review my security protocols and password management. As I plan to found a project that involves investment of my time and money, security and its measures are imperative. I don't mean to switch subjects, but on the topic of the project, I wanted to share.
Team Tactics
We secured a talented artist to complete the creation of our mascot, brand guidelines, and logo. I think we might speak in the next thirty minutes about it, but I don't feel it's necessary. We ironed out a few things in the past 24 hours, so it's understandable that some may want to make additional comments before the decision is final. Yet, I feel like experience sides with one of our choices, while personal preference backs the other. I hope we avoid bringing too many matters to larger and larger groups for consensus, because unanimity often makes the greatest bottleneck to progress. "We can't move forward til' we all agree." It's been the pitfall in my participation at $TURBO, but this project I did not found. Here, at X Project, a team of six including myself decided on the direction, mission and vision for this project. We brought on one person who creates content and another with almost as much experience as I have time in the fray. His comments are close to some of the best counsel we could ask for as it concerns the persuasion of customers. I'm so excited to leverage their abilities as our own assets to take our project past social media obscurity and into the top 300 coins on CoinMarketCap. I promise nothing. Still, I planned many things. We will see.
