Today I'm inviting you to visit Fribourg, one of the many picturesque towns in Switzerland, which is also known for its medieval architecture and it is a must-see when you're in this area. Together with Bern and Valais, the canton of Fribourg is one of the three officially bilingual cantons in Switzerland. In the cantonal capital of Fribourg, located on the language border, more then 68% of the inhabitants are French-speaking.
