Salut à tous, un smoothie sympa avec une banane; une pomme et deux oranges, pour donner un peu plus de saveurs je rajoute de la canelle.
Couper la pomme et la banane en morceaux, presser le jus des oranges. Mixer le tout avec la cannelle et quelques glaçons.
La banane donne l'onctuosité, et on retrouve le gout des 3 fruits, la pomme donne un peu d'acidité.
