Sahabat Hive,,saya mau berbagi tips,,kita minum air putih dalam sehari dua liter,,boleh minum air teh tapi jangan terlalu banyak konsumsi air teh,,cukup kalau sesudah makan saja.mulai saat ini
Saya minum lebih banyak air putih.karena kalau kita kurang minum air putih cepat merasa lemas,,lelah,,dan penyakit lainnya..
Tubuh sering kurang fit..Sahabat Hive air putih memang sangat bagus buat tubuh kita yaa...👌
Karena usia saya sudah tak muda lagi,harus benar-benar di jaga..
Dalam makanan juga...Sahabat Hive semoga kita selalu diberikan KESEHATAN dan KEBERKAHAN...🤲
