One where neither topic has anything to do with the other but just happen to get stuck together in a Frankenstein post.
I will start with an explanation of the image above. I have been playing around in markdown note apps wanting to make my posts a little more eye pleasing with css and it just so happens that today I was looking into my tokens, Sim specifically.
I took a snapshot of the menu bar and pasted an image of my city beside a text box as a test exercise. I know there is an image size limit in css so I am aware that trying to make a post with an image will not be feasible. It is just an experiment. The only reason I toyed with this idea is because I am having a hard time doing a background image.
The menu bar extends downward for each section giving more menu choices. There are certain sections I have trouble locating so spending a little more time in the menu is helpful.
The video post I mention in the image, is here. My comment to that posts leads to another post that gives a hint as to why the buildings are inactive. I saw that @darmst5339 also has a few more posts discussing this topic.
All of this lead me to the conclusion that inactive cards are caused by not having enough citizens/workers to work the building.
I mention this because I noticed I had inactive buildings while looking through the building upgrade recipes.
This number may have something to do with that.
I just bought ten immigrant cards hopping that one of my active job centers places them in the law firm so I can have that building active and earning me a bit of a tax break or so I have heard that is something it can do.
Anyway I love markdown but I feel it is too limiting. I would love to have the ability to have an image on the left side of one paragraph then have the following paragraph on the left side of the image. Maybe it is just because I still have a ways to go in learning how to make all of this works or maybe it is yet to come. Only time will tell.
In any case I had a blast playing with all these thoughts and ideas.
