Building a strong connection with your kids

•I have seen that many people don't focus on their children as they should and for that reason children remains shy in their behaviour and they not build them resilience and strong personality. But if I talk about my opinion then I think shyness is not a good thing in the child. Children should be very strong and resiliant and not be shy if he or she want success and want to achieve his or her goal.

•It is said that parents are responsible for the behaviour of child but I think that this thing is partially true and half responsibility is on the institution and on the Teachers who built the strong character and personality of the children. Now I want to tell you something that how the teachers and parents collectively plays a role in building a strong character strong personality and a resilient kid.

To build a strong connection means to give your kids a proper time as you can. Time has a lot of importance and you should listen to your kid properly and give your kids priority at everything.

•I am not just talking about the parents responsibilities its also the responsibility of teachers to listen their students properly because today we are living in era in which kids and students spend most of their time in their institution. So in this way both institution and home have equal responsibility to make a kid resiliant

Keep up your child motivated
•Don't let your kid to down in anyway. If there are some moments and their getting discouraged due to some loss and due to any reason then you should keep your child motivated.

And you should encourage your child that if today they are not getting success then soon a day will come when they get success and they should try again and again for achieving their goals

Guide your child to achieve goals
•I have seen that there are some institutions even there are the environment in some homes that there is no creativity work on kids and both institutions and home members just focus on the books and studies but I want to highlight a very important thing here that this thing is not at all enough for your kid you should also guide and teach your Kid that how much there goals are important.
