Beautiful life!
Monday down here in DD, windy and chilly still. February seems to be passing by quickly I just realized it's already the 10th! Whew!

Well, things happened that I missed important things in the past week - my niece's 17th birthday celebration, the small reunion at my parents on Wednesday, the wake of a friend's mother, and our weekend stays at Mom's.
Last Tuesday was spent cleaning and organizing our lil workshop at the back of the house for some wood DIY projects we intend to make. By late afternoon, we stayed outdoors. It was cold but we braved it a bit for the sundown. Took a shower immediately afterward, had an early dinner, and gulped down my meds just before bedtime. An hour later, I was still awake, trying to pacify the itch on my legs and thighs.
I thought they were bug bites, noticing the big bumps on my skin and robbing alcohol onto them (it usually worked) but the itch wouldn't go away. Then the rashes and big welts (like hives) started coming out on my arms and spreading all over my body it scared the hell out of me. The husband thought maybe I was having allergic reactions from the drugs I'd taken (one of them was new).
Maybe... but I didn't want to risk infecting them so I slept on the couch that night, changing sheets and blankets the following day (even if I had changed them just days before). We can never be too careful!
It turned out, that my allergies had been triggered by the cold weather, my nemesis. It's funny (not so!) but yes, aside from the araytis, it gives me rashes! Well, at least it's not cough like my brother's. I went out for a wee while yesterday to water the beans and some other plants but today, I'm in quarantine, staying wrapped and warm until further notice.😂
Gee! It's gonna be a lazy day!
