How are you all doing today? Last night, I decided to add a special touch to our dinner by preparing Meatball Fry to pair with rice. It's such a versatile dish that I couldn't resist sharing it with you all.
Meatball Fry is a delightful and flavorful favorite that not only pleases the taste buds but also brings nutritional benefits to the table. Packed with protein and essential nutrients, this dish can enhance any meal effortlessly. Plus, itās incredibly simple and quick to prepare, making it an excellent choice for busy days.

Required Ingredients...
š Meatball 100g.
š 2 finely chopped onions.
š 2 fish chili pods, finely cut into rounds.
š Two pieces of pandan.
š Curry leaves.
š A few chopped green chillies.
š 2 cloves garlic finely chopped.
š 1 teaspoon crushed chili powder.
š 1 teaspoon of pepper powder..
š 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
š Salt as needed.
š Coconut oil for frying.
Method of making....
First Thinly slice onions, green chilies, Kochchi chilies, and garlic. At the same time, cut the meatballs into halves for easier frying and better absorption of flavors. These finely chopped ingredients will enhance the taste and texture of the dish, blending perfectly with the meatballs as we fry them!
Next take a pan and add about 3 tablespoons of coconut oil. Place the pan on the stove and heat the oil until it's hot. Once the oil is ready, add the halved meatballs to the pan. Fry them until they turn a golden brown color, ensuring they are evenly cooked and crispy on the outside.
Remove the excess oil from the pan, leaving it clean. Add 2 tablespoons of fresh coconut oil to the pan and heat it until it is hot. Once the oil is ready, add the chopped garlic, curry leaves, chili pieces, pandan leaves, and onions. Stir everything well, allowing the ingredients to mix thoroughly and release their flavors.
Next, add chili powder, pepper powder, salt and turmeric to it and mix well.
Next, add chopped chillies to it, mix well and fry for about a minute.
Finally Add the fried meatball pieces to the pan with the sautƩed ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly, ensuring the meatballs are well-coated with the flavors. Once evenly combined, remove from the heat and transfer to a serving dish.
Your flavorful and delicious meatball fry is now ready to enjoy! Meatball fry pairs wonderfully with rice, roti, or as a standalone snack.
