As long as we don't have the collective hp to end abuse on the chain, then some level is sure to exist.
It wouldn't be any time at all and 20 accounts would be taking 50% of the rewards.

I won't even talk about btc, they lost me when I had to pay a 25usd miner fee on a 100usd purchase.
