The 2023 1 oz Niue silver phoenix coin is a really cool looking coin from the not so well known Bulmint.

Bulmint is a private mint in Bulgaria who has put out some amazing work since 2004. They don't really have a lot of different products but what they do have is done well. I'm not a fan of colored silver but they do have some nice medal sets and bars as well as coins and rounds.
The 2023 silver phoenix is a beautiful coin with a great design on the reverse side and I really like the reverse proof look of the obverse side.
The mythical phoenix is a fascinating creature that bursts into flames when it dies and re-imerges from it's ashes and is born again.
The obverse side features an image of King Charles III facing to the left which is the opposite of the images of Queen Elizabeth II. The reverse proof look of this coin has a frosted background with a shiny look of the King, the writing and the boarder of the coin. Just under the Kings image are the initials JC which stands for Jody Clark the designer of the image. The outside has a boarder of dots, just inside of the dots is the incsription CHARLES III, NIUE, TWO DOLLARS AND 2023.
The Reverse side features a shiny background with a frosted image of a pheonix in the center surrounded by flames. Right in front of the pheonix is a circle with the Bulmint logo as a security feature. There is a decorative frosted boarder around the outside with the inscription on the top SILVER PHOENIX and the bottom 2023 1oz FINE SILVER 999.
