Při rozdělení Československa na Českou republiku a Slovenskou republiku se svatá Anežka v roce 1993 dostala na předvedenou českou bankovku 50 Kč. Rozměry 1350 x 650 mm. Současně s bankovkou byla vydána i převáděná mince 50 Kč. Bankovka byla v roce 2011 stažena z oběhu. Samozřejmě jsem si jich několik nechal. Jejich cena odpovídala asi 2 eurům.
Kovová mince se méně opotřebovává a její oběh je prý proto levnější.
