This week, I'm sharing my game in Social Media Challenge ruleset using Quix the Devious and Chaos Dragon.
I want to share how Chaos Dragon is effective in Holy Protection ruleset.
You can check out this SOCIAL MEDIA Challenge link if you also want to participate.
Ruleset:
Even Stevens
What Doesn't Kill You
Holy Protection
Mana Cap: 30
Elements: All except Death
This is an Even Stevens ruleset game so Only Monsters with even Mana costs may be used in battles.
There are no special tricks for this ruleset, but having an idea of mana points of a few monsters helps in predicting what your opponent can and cannot use.
This is a What Doesn'T Kill You ruleset game so All units gain the Enrage ability which multiplies their speed and melee attack by 1.5x rounded up.
The attack multiplier only affects melee units.
Units with Inspire will increase your melee attack; Demoralize will decrease your opponent's melee attack.
This is a Holy Protection ruleset game so All Monsters have the Divine Shield ability.
Monsters that normally have this ability do not get it twice. The trick to win in this ruleset is to fill all 6 slots of your line up and use monsters with Blast and Double Strike. Use a monster or summoner that has Resurrect to use this ruleset at its maximum potential.

All enemy monsters lose -1 ranged damage
All enemy monsters lose -1 speed

Magic Reflect - When hit with Magic damage, does reduced Magic damage back to the attacker
Deals damage equivalent to the attacker's damage divided by 2, rounded up. The damage is reflected even if the attacker does not hit
Divine Shield - The first time the Monster takes damage it is ignored. Summoner Lorna Shine (Dice, Life, Rare) give Divine Shield to all friendly monsters at the start of the battle.
Good in low mana battles.
Divine shield doesn't protect against poison, damage is taken and Divine shield is not removed
Phase - Magic attack can miss this Monster (using the same hit/miss calculation as for Melee and Ranged attacks)
Pos 2 Monster: Celestial Harpy

Flying - Has an increased chance of evading Melee or Ranged attacks from Monsters who do not have the Flying ability +25% chance of evading.

Additional damage is equivalent to main damage divided by 2, rounded up

Pos 4 Monster: Dax Paragon
Abilities:
Amplify - Increases Magic Reflect, Return Fire, and Thorns damage to all enemy monsters by 1
