Hi everyone! Pogier here with Brawl Report #14! We started this match with a 6 match disadvantage because we lacked someone to fill one of the gold foil slots! Nevertheless, prepare your butts for some awesome matches! Let's get started!

Viking Performance!
Like the Vikings of old, we must honor the warriors that secured the most victories! Let's all congratulate @ShallWish. @Kalyus, and our leader, @BP9930 for smashing through their foes!
Special mention to @LostinTime for scaring off most of his opponents!
Personal Brawl Results:
In this brawl, my score was 2 wins and 5 losses. I was assigned to Gold Level Untamed/Dice. This was my first time in this game mode, and I was honestly ill-equipped for this. I didn't rent well enough for this strategy, and it shows in my score. Let's check out my battles!
Battle Replays
Battle #1: Lose
This match was an awkward one for me mainly because I didn't rent enough low mana units for water or life. I realized that the Tortisian Fighter would have been a really solid pick in this sort of situation. I will definitely rent one next time!
Battle #2: Win
In a battle where everyone has the same HP, opportunity attacks need a little help. In this match, I used sneak and blast to allow my opportunity attacker to have a choice in their target. I was able to win this match mainly because the enemy's blind didn't really do much. In addition, I only had to focus on protecting my tank, Chain Golem, and my heals were keeping it alive as I went to town on the enemy monsters.
Battle #3: Lose
Once again I encountered a very awkward mana fight. I had no real counter with such a low mana fight. I was banking on the opponent bringing in magic damage so I could eke out a win, but that didn't happen. My units were utterly countered by the thorns from the Mylor Crowling and the magic reflect of the Failed Summoner.
Battle #4: Win
In this match, I had the numerical advantage, as well as a more diverse team. Even if I didn't get the first hit in, I managed to get the important damage in. Although based on my enemy's cards, I was the favorite to win mainly because my cards weren't level 1. I can't stress this enough in brawls!
Battle #5: Win
In a Fog of War match, the best strategy is always to bring as much opportunity attacks as possible and a solid tank. This isn't applicable any more if there is the game mode that makes everyone's HP the same! In any case, I quickly made swift work of my enemies with 3 monsters with opportunity attack! In addition, I even brought in silence just in case my enemy decided to bring in a heavy magic team. Just watching this match and it shows I completely maximized the game mode and obliterated my foe.
Battle #6: Lose
This match was another weird one form e. I didn't have the properly rented cards for this and I was going to rely on Brighton Bloom's flying ability to evade everything. My plan didn't work as my healer was instantly sniped and everything just went downhill from there.
Guildmate's Bounty Matches
@bp9930's match!
The enemy's strategy here was to destroy from the backline through sneak at tacks, while protecting his damage dealers in the middle. Based on the first two tanks, it seems like they were expecting a magic heavy team focus on destroying the front. Too bad it wasn't as expected as our boss went the ranged and melee damage route! The Shieldbearer was placed at the back as it didn't provide as much damage, while the Lone Boatman was extra helpful with the repair. It didn't take long for the front to be smashed by the onslaught. It also doesn't help that there were 5 attackers on BP's side, but only 3 on the enemy's side.
Guildmate Brawl Highlights
@jordy007's match!
The only option for both teams was to play the Earth Splinter, and at first glance Jordy's team had the disadvantage of being lower levelled overall. Upon looking at the team composition, the triage, silence, and thorn abilities gave him an edge over his opponents. The enemy could only look as his forces were slowly whittled down. Awesome play by jordy here!
@bp9930's match: Quora Domination pt 1!
If domination had an image, this would be it. After taking the initiative to destroy the backline, Quora Towershead swiftly got in 2 kills, making her a menace that could deal 8 damage per turn. This was just a GG from the get-go.
@bp9930's match: Quora Domination with friends!
In a real smart play by our boss, two tanks were placed to take on as many hits from the opponents. Almost as he expected a melee damager with opportunity attack, Mylor Crowling was an optimal choice! The enemy also didn't have any sustain so in a slight battle of attrition, it was obvious that the boss would win!
@kalyus's match!
I initially thought it would be an easy win for Kalyus, but after the first round, I wasn't too sure. The damage output of the opponents was literally able to delete Kalyus team. I'd say the main MVP here was Spineback Turtle. It did it's job as a solid tank which allowed the magic damage dealers enough time to put up a fight and eventually win!
Lessons Learned:
Never underestimate the power of the Tortisian Fighter. Until now I still can't believe how useful it was! I was helpless! He's definitely going to be one of those I will rent in the next brawl!
