Todays Update - Day 18

I purchased some cards today. I now meet the CP requirements for Bronze 2

I had a water quest today which went quite nicely. I had no issue completing it. I did only get nine credits as a reward but that is ok. I did, however, get my first DEC from winning a battle.

I received 0.408 SPS from the airdrop. This is a considerably higher amount than before due to my airdrop points being so high from the DEC I held yesterday. It will be a little lower tomorrow.

No more Hive Power or HBD gained since yesterday, nor I have converted any more assets to DEC. I did get another 101.576 DEC from the Splinter Labs Faucet, which I have sent to my Splinter lands account.

Now onto the exciting part. Remember all that DEC I had yesterday. I used it to purchase seven cards. I purchased the first three individually, then tried to purchase the last four at the same time. I was slightly short, so I transferred in my Monster Market refund from the first three. Only three of the four cards were paid for successfully, so I had to buy the seventh card individually because of this. I sent three sets of refunds to my Splinterlands account from these purchases. These were from cards one to three, cards four to six and card seven. Now onto the cards, I bought.

  1. Sandworm for $1.530 or 450.835 DEC.
    • Common neutral card. Reward edition. Worth 10 CP.
    • This is a common card, but a strong one. It has high sneak damage and can be useful in high mana games and is playable with all splinters.
  2. Magi of Chaos for $1.586 or 467.943 DEC.
    • Epic neutral card. Chaos Legion edition. Worth 100 CP.
    • As a neutral card this can be played with any splinter. It has decent stats and deals magic damage. Should be very good with Obsidian.
  3. Prismologist for $1.810 or 534.034 DEC.
    • Epic life card. Chaos Legion edition. Worth 100 CP.
    • This is a very strong life card that will help tremendously in doing life challenges. It gets four-range damage with General Sloan and has blast on top of that.
  4. Djinn Biljka for $3.220 or 953.989 DEC.
    • Legendary earth card. Reward edition. Worth 500 CP
    • This is a cheap legendary card meaning it provides lots of CP for its cost. It can also be useful for Obsidian due to having a low mana cost and the Camouflage ability.
  5. Goblin Mech for $1.840 or 545.137 DEC.
    • Common neutral card. Reward edition. Worth 15 CP.
    • This can be a strong front-line damage dealer, especially if paired with a backline taunt. It has high damage with decent other stats for its high mana cost.
    • Harklaw for $3.200 or 948.064 DEC.
    • Legendary death card. Reward edition. Worth 500 CP.
    • This is another cheap legendary card. It will likely be very useful for super sneak playsets due to its Shield ability.
  6. Tusk the Wide for $1.633 or 483.809 DEC.
    • Epic fire card. Chaos Legion edition. Worth 100 CP.
    • It has high health which is useful when combined with Void. This makes it a good anti-magic tank.

I do have more CP now than I need for Bronze 2, but not enough to get to Bronze 1. I might try to rent out some of that excess CP at the end of the season to get a little bit more DEC.

Exciting update today detailing lots of CP gain. Catch you all tomorrow.
