Memories are one of the most valuable treasures of each person, my mother always told me: Don't allow anyone to take away your memories*"
Very wise words full of lived experiences that allowed her to transmit to her three daughters the most valuable lesson that any child can obtain from her parents, the legacy of a family.
Precisely the memory of all those teachings is what keeps me firm in my objectives and goals.
Today I want to share three of my most beautiful memories that will always be in my present mind.
Those laughs in those festive moments like her birthday, on a day like today, January 9, I remember as if it were yesterday the mariachis that made her so happy and whose surprised face I will never forget, my old lady couldn't stop laughing, dancing and enjoying herself from from start to finish that party we threw for him.
But my memories of that night go further, when the calypso group arrived and got everyone out of their seats to dance to the rhythm of the Venezuelan drums, it's a shame that I didn't have any images of that moment because no one took them hahaha...
Not to mention the trips that mark our lives forever, no matter where they went, but the experience and enjoyment lived in those places are what leave you with that sweet taste in your mouth of remembering them forever.
One of those trips was to Colonia Tovar in my beloved country Venezuela, I remember my grandson who at that time was so young, but I assure you that he was one of those who enjoyed that trip the most.
And last but not least is the memory of the day of presentation of my Master's thesis in General Management.
On August 9, 2011 where I could see all the effort made for 3 and a half years, a dream come true where tears flowed from my eyes when the jury congratulated me and evaluated me 9/10 points, I couldn't stop laughing and My old lady was so proud of me that her happiness is evident in her big smile.
A long and hard effort accompanied by my sister Raiza who was my tutor, certainly not easy, since she was stricter with me than with any of her advisors.
Definitely our memories take us to the deepest part of our minds, while you look at some photos you can't stop flying and endless images pass through your mind that you thought you no longer remembered, but they were there! That is why, in particular, my images are one of the greatest gifts that I keep and that allow me to travel as far as I want whenever and wherever I want.
Finally I must honor the person who made famous the statement that I used for the title of this publication, the remembered Oscar Yanez, who said it many times in his famous television program "That's the way things are."
