I've been on an Android smart phone since I first upgraded from a flip phone.
For the last decade or so, that has meant a slowly rotating collection Samsung S3-S5 phones that I've bought for $25-50. Nothing fancy, but missing a lot of newer surveillance tech, and extremely low EMR/EMF output.
Unfortunately, apps stopped letting me use them because my Android was outdated, and finally calls stopped working completely...
So I got an Above Phone
After about a week and a half now, I'm pretty amazed at how easy & intuitive it has been to make the shift...
You see, Above Phones are de-googled, factory new phones, running Graphene OS, a widely used Linux-based OS for smart phones. They offers a variety of privacy-centric linux-based phones (laptops now as well), along with a VPN, and all sorts of other tools & services.
My favorite new app so far is definitely NewPipe, which I am really loving. Nice to get to see things from the YT channels I watch, without having to use YT or have their ads & algorithms screwing with me.
Above Phone is run by Ramiro Romani, co-producer of The Greater Reset, the guy behind the scenes for the Freedom Cell Network, and the founder of Take Back Our Tech.
