Customer Service seems to be akin to the lost art of manners, respect, and compassion. I also agree; once the CoVd hit... things changed... and not for the better. At least you received the shirt! Having two, you could wear one, and use the other for wall art? Great post... I wanted to stop by and say hello, as I have a lot of people posting in my community, with your #memoirmonday. Good customer service is mostly a thing of the past. I've reached out to Tesla about an exchange but it's been two days with no answer. Since Covid and the George Floyd riots of 2020 I think we're experiencing a true breakdown of society in many parts of the US (and the world). Maybe more like a transition to a different age? Whatever the case, hopefully, we can recover from it. I'm glad Memoir Monday is reaching your community! It's grown beyond all expectations. Thanks for the kind words! Enjoy your weekend as well.
