As we drove to Stratford with my wife to do some shopping, we stumbled upon a quaint big house with vibrant greenery growing out of it, it was nestled across the road from the Shoppers Drug Mart, standing out like a magical oasis in the midst of the bustling city.
I can't believe I never noticed this house before, I don't think it looked like this before.
The house seemed to beckon us with its charm, the ivy climbing all over its walls. It was as if the house itself was alive, pulsating with energy and life.
I couldn't help but feel drawn to it, I think there might be some sort of hidden secret waiting to be discovered within its walls, maybee I'll go back and explore inside it one day.
But we went in to the drug mart to get some eye liner for the wife.
And then we drove away to the grocery store.
We got a fair bit of groceries, and then we drove downtown, lot's of people getting ice cream cones and enjoying the day.
Then I said to the wife, we are going to the Avon River to find white swans, as we set out on our journey to explore the Avon RIver, I was filled with excitement and anticipation. The city is known for its abundance of white swans and I couldn't wait to see them in all their majestic beauty. The sun was shinning, the air was crisp.
As we drove along the riverbank, scanning the water for any sign of the elegant creatures. But as I continued on, I noticed something strange. There were only two swans in sight. Normally, there would be dozens gracefully gliding along the river, but today there were only two.
I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. Where were the rest of the swans? The city prides itself on its population of swans, and they are a beloved symbol of Stratford.
We continued our search, driving further along the river in hopes of finding more swan. But no matter how far we drove, there were only those two lone swans. It was as if they were the last of their kind, the only remnants of a once thriving population.
As we pondered the mystery of the mossing swans, a sense of sadness wash over mw. What could have happened to them? Were they taken away, or did they simply decide to leave on their own accord? I think they recently had the city's annual swan festival, was there only two swans for the festival??
I parked the car and stood by the river, watching the one swan gracefully swim by. The swan seemed to sense my presence, and for a moment, he looked at me with their piercing black eyes. It was as if he was trying to tell me something, to convey a message that only swans could understand.
As I made my way back to the car, the mystery of the missing swans weighed heavily on my mind. I couldn't shake the feeling was amiss, that there was more to this story than met the eye.
