Besides any mountains in summer/winter, I would say the Amalfi Coast of Italy.
Clear water with some hills near the coastlines where lemons are being grown.

That's a place I'd like to visit as well.

The best place in the world is always where my family is.

I totally agree with you :-)

It was Efes Ancient City for me, no doubt. It was literally mesmerizing. I felt the history deeply. You can see the post I wrote about there here: https://ecency.com/hive-163772/@incublus/pure-history-efes-ancient-city

My wife and kids already went to Efes but I couldn't join them then. I definitely need to visit :-)

You should man, maybe this summer?

Hawaii is probably the most scenic place that I've been in person.

I have only seen Hawaii in movies but it looks lovely.

I would have to say Long Beach. I have been in California most of my life so that place sticks out to me.

Nice. I think I saw it in some movies :-)

I've only traveled to a few countries and several places locally. I like them all but New Zealand stands out, probably because there I met some of the nicest people too :)

New Zealand is definitely a place I would like to visit one day.

Been to a number of nice places, but one of the most peaceful places is Tobermory Canada

Oh, that looks beautiful :-)

Nicest? 🤔

Marina Bay Sands Singapore? I think? Nice, Luxury, and everything served. Back home, I feel like a poor person immediately 🤣. I think that's when I realized the meaning of the statement, "If you're already ever in top position, you hardly want to go down."

Luckily, I can manage that as one level beyond a good life in my life journey. Something that I can achieve IF AND ONLY IF I can manage my business well.

The Iguaçu Falls in Paraná/Brazil is an incredible and magical place

I just googled the place and it definitely looks impressive!

3 credits were added for the Liotes Ranking

It is an incredible place, in addition to the waterfalls, it also has several reserves and forest parks

Every place has something especial, but I have to choose one is Granada, in Spain. The Alhambra Palace is the most beautiful building I’ve ever seen and the views of the city are incredible. 🤗

Thank you, team! 🤗 !LUV !PIZZA

I had the chance to visit Granada and stay a couple of days. Unfortunately I couldn't get tickets to get into the Alhambra so we could only visit the freely available parts. We had a very nice time there.

Ohhh 😍, I visited the Alhambra in my honeymoon, almost 20 years ago. 😅 I reserved the tickets by the website, I remember the large queue to go in that we could avoid thanks to my anticipated reserve. 😁

The place I most enjoyed visiting was Morro de São Paulo, in Bahia. It's a paradise island surrounded by beautiful scenery and several beaches, each one more beautiful than the last.

Sounds nice :-)

The Orkney Islands. Peedie but braw!

I had to look them up. They look very interesting from a natural perspective.

This is a difficult question to answer. Fortunately, I have been to many beautiful places. Paris seems to me the most beautiful city in the world, but another one that follows and I find impressive is Istanbul.

Istanbul is definitely a very special city. I've been there close to 30 times since it's the hometown of my wife :-)

Difficult to choose, many different places that I loved for different reasons.
For example. My honeymoon was in a beautiful resort on Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. There I could see a beautiful beach with crystalline waters and at the same time relax a lot by eating and drinking.
But another nicest place was in the Tuscan Region in Italy. More especially in Montalcino near good wineries. Ancient villages made of rock were beautiful and the food was so good. These two places are very close to heaven for me hehe

These are all very interesting choices :-)

In my case I can't choose the only one place coz I have such place outside of my country.
And it's Iguazu waterfall on the border of Brazil and Argentina this place always will be in my heart!
And if to talk about places in my country it's Tokarev lighthouse in Vladivostok city and lake located in the forest near my grandma's house.

Thanks for sharing these places !

I think there are too many to mention, but I really love the Greek islands in the summer. Good weather, beaches, food etc.. I think I am ready for summer holidays 😅

There is something magical about the greek islands. I agree with you :-)

I have been to many places, so defining the most enjoyable would be very difficult.
But if I have to, it's the one I keep returning to for over thirty years, and that's the island of Pag in Croatia.

I definitely need to visit Croatia. My daughter goes there every year :-)

It is impossible for me to define a specific place because I have seen many incredible places in my travels. But I will say one place that I always like to return to, Florence.

I've never been to florence but I definitely would like to visit it.

Oh, that's a hard one. I have been to so many countries and states in the US and I have loved each of them for different reasons, but the place that holds my heart and I have returned repeatedly is Lake Superior. On the shore, or out on the water. It's the place I love best in all the world.

I've seen a lot of pics of Lake Superior and it seems amazing. I'd love to visite one day.

I've done a lot of kayak trips on the Lake and a few years ago fulfilled a dream and did the Circle Tour and drove 1300 miles around the Lake. It's well worth a visit!

Thanks! Much appreciated! ❤️

In case you like to find out more!
I recently did a post on my favorite country (Japan) thus far! 😁

A friend of mine is in Japan at the moment and he shares all these amazing pics. I need to visit as well. Nice you gold even do some snowboarding there :-)

Oh yeah do visit if you have an opportunity to do so! You won’t be disappointed! 😊

Thank you so much! 😊

There is a city here in the state where I live called "Caldas Novas" and it is known for having thermal waters and being a really cool place to go with the family. It's nothing out of this world, but it's a good place to relax and enjoy the days with those you love.

Now in July, I will take my first trip out of state, I will go to the state of "Bahia", where we will stay in a guesthouse close to a beach and well, it will be my first time on a beach too, so this will be The most amazing place I've ever visited soon. 😀

That's sounds nice. I hope you will be able to enjoy :-)

I think the nicest place for would have to be Maldives. Blue skies, clear waters, sandy beaches, it's a paradise. Hehe!

Thanks!

When you look at the pics of these islands, you just want to be there :-)

That would be Japan. I love the mixture of modernization and tradition there. :)

It's a country that I would like to visit one day.

I've travelled quite a bit and have mostly covered all the "common touristy" countries. Instead of a particular country/city, I'd say that Disneyland is my favourite/nicest place to visit.

I'll make it a point to drop by any Disneyland every single time if there's one in the region I'm at. (and yes, I've been to the various Disneylands repeatedly over the years! 😍)

I've visited the one in Paris, France but I didn't enjoy so much with two todlers and cuing everywhere lol.

Loading...

I am a cat person, so my answer is lame for most people... the nicest place is my own home...

But if it must not be my house, then I will pick the old house of my grand mother's. It's in the small fisherman town, you can google it - Kaminoseki in Yamaguchi prefecture.

Right now it's more like a ghost town there, less than 2000 people live there.

It's always good to feel well at home :-)

The most beautiful place I visited several years ago was the city of Paris, France.
The stunning architecture, delicious food and rich history make it a truly special place.
I remember walking the cobblestone streets and visiting the Eiffel Tower at sunset, it was an unforgettable experience.
In addition, the romantic atmosphere that permeates every corner of the city is simply magical.
Without a doubt, Paris is a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a unique and enchanting experience.

!WINE

I've been to Paris quite a lot of times and I think it was more beautiful in the past. There are simply too many tourists nowadays for my liking :-)

Nice, I will have a loot at it :-)

There are a few, and hopefully there will be more. And it really depends on what you are looking for. "Nice" is such a broad term, lol. For example, if you are a F1 fan, I guess walking through the tunnel under the hotel all the way to the chicane on the Monaco circuit (in normal traffic) and imagining the sound of the F1 cars could be something exciting. 😀 But that already feels like something from another life, lol.

I had the chance to walk through Monaco one day with my kids but we walked up a hill and kind of missed the tunnel lol

Yep, we checked other sightseeing places too. The tunnel is pretty long. Your kids would have been bored, lol.

Rio de Janeiro was the place that impressed me the most, more specifically Copacabana beach. The natural beauty of that place really makes me want to come back!

I got an impression of the town during the Olympics. It looks definitely impressive.

About 30 years ago I went to Prague and Vienna. Coming from the US, it was amazing to see all of the old architecture. The castles and bridges were incredibly cool and all of the old buildings that were being used as bars and restaurants and cafes were really fun and interesting. It's still on my bucket list to go back. Hopefully for an extended period of time. Like a month or two.

I had the chance to visit both cities and I agree that they are definitely worth visiting. A friend of mine was in Prag a week ago and he said that things haven't changed much in the past 20 years.
