Rising Star 12 Pack Opening : is it worth to spend 100 000 STARBITS on it ?

Hi guys! Today I want to estimate what is better: to spend 100k starbits on some cool rare card or buy 12 packs.

Well, it looks like I have bad luck this time: no epic or legendary cards and new cards do not worth 100 000 Starbits this time. So I lost. Still, this a game and I intend to keep on my experiment at least 9 times.
